The carver for this sculpture, who has an initial of "BC", has been doing carving works since 1996. He is specializing in carving Octopus, Horse, Deer, and Hippopotamus. He worked in the Mills Industry before he became a stone carver.
From designing to carving, this piece of sculpture took a skillful carver 6 days to carve and additional 12 hours to polish.
Labradorite's iridescent play of colors is caused by internal fractures that reflect light back and forth. The beautiful and unusual play of colors makes it unique and popular amount the gemstone industry.
