The carver for this sculpture, who has an initial of "CM", has been doing carving works since 2001. He is specializing in carving Turtle, and Sea-Turtle.He worked in the stone polishing department before he became a stone carver.

From designing to carving, it took a skillful carver 4 days to carve and additional 8 hours to polish.

Purple Agate is one of the toughest Agate to be carved and polished due to it's unique crystal structure. It's natural purple tone also make it one of a kind.
